Usually, on the weekends, when I am bored, I will read a book on my bed with Mozart playing and my TV on mute. Problem: my bookshelf is out of chapter books! Then I think, "I feel like doing a craft". I search my craft box and realize, it's empty! I am in desparate need of something to do. I need fun crafts! This is not only for my benefit, but for the benefit of every bored child on a dreary weekend.

I like to do cross-stitching. You can find small ones at craft shops and Wal-mart for pretty cheap and they have ones for beginners if you've never tried before.

refashion jeans, sweatshirts, tshirts....if you have a printer; print out your TD pics and make cards...you can make jewelry out of lots of stuff around the house ( paper clips, nuts, washers), refashion old jewelry. cook something if you are allowed. google crafts!

There's origami lol. The cheapest craft of them all, I think. Is it a craft? For me I get my hot glue gun and create something with cardboard or wires, although, that's not really boredom for me.. just a random desire to build something, or a project that must be completed by the end of the week... Lol..

Maddyjean.... everything you do is OK but you haven't mentioned going out with friends or playing with them. Maybe open air activities with girls your age could also be good. This is called socialization. Ask your mom or dad.

I use to make art using dried beans, lentils, dried pasta, even seeds
from green peppers. I would glue them in different patterns on a
hard cardboard. You have all kinds of colors in beans and pasta
It's not expensive, you don't need top quality, and white glue works
well.

IamMatthew

You guys have stupid ideas! She won't be able to do any of that, she's too dumb!

I could do half of these, IamMatthew! And polenta, I don't go outside. I don't have any friends. Which brings me back to, "Think Draw is my sanctuary".

I would tell you why I don't have any friends, but it might ruin the image of how you think I look.....

How you look isn't important, it's how you act that matters. Be interested in others and let them do the talking.

do you draw? when I'm bored (and feeling to lazy to draw anything else) I like to draw stick figure armies and get them into silly sticky situations.

I would like you even if you looked like Baldur... and nobody wants that...

Sorry, not much of a pen and paper drawer. And, puzzler, it is about how I look. I walk by people. They whisper and giggle. One kid even yelled.... I can't tell you what he yelled because that would give it away.

First of all, How does putting things together or making something have to do with how smart a person is? Although, I would think you couldn't do any of those things judging by your artistic abilities on Thinkdraw. I would guess it would look something like... a bunch of straws arranged in a way to spell (insert name here) sucks, but when you have to make an O, I question what you would use... maybe a circular lid to a jar...

Oh, addressed towards the Matthew wannabe by the way Lol.

Even if you are a middle aged gay man maddyjean, you should know that style counts more than looks.

17. 4 Nov 2009 16:21

Are you visually impaired maddyjean?

18. 4 Nov 2009 16:25

maddyjean08

I am not a man, nor a gay one. Or middle-aged. What is visually impaired? Does it not have something to do with sight, because I do wear classes, very stylish ones at that, they are not the problem. You mean like blind? No... astigmatism..... eyes are shaped like footballs, not basketballs.....

Plus, I've lost my glasses, which almost completely covered up the problem. Ok, so not completely, barely a fourth.

You don't lack confidence on TD. So why don't you have friends?
