...............................oooooops!
Yep, after cudgling my brains and checking the whoooooole forum to make sure I wasn't repeating an earlier one,
I go to post my yummy new idea... and discover Triste's of 1:31 "WILL GIVE RATINGS FOR FOOD!"
http://www.thinkdraw.com/forumPosts.php?topicId=211

pfffffffffffff-f-f-f...
BUT...

Triste is after surrealism.

Now, you may be able to do double duty on this one,
however, if you're into realism (er, within TD limitations) MUGDOTS IX is the place to post it!

So, I hereby present--

~~~Food - artfully presented (or.. ridiculously)~~~
My (totally startled) thanks to Luna for liking my personless drawing,
and of course to MugDots2 for creating this whole series.
Here's your chance to slip in some pysanky eggs, or a lavish seder...
you can go all cave-man on me or haute cuisine...
I have no idea what I'll wind up choosing -- but I fully expect it'll be fun!!
Entries due by midnight TD time, 11 April, which gives us all day Saturday to indulge in drawing and munchies!
; )
Awwhh.. I thought you'd extended yours to include Triste's .. but on reading it again, I'm not so sure.
Well, since mine is more silly than realistic, I'll offer it here.. please feel free to reject it :
The MugDots "FOOD!" challenge is all-inclusive.
Realist, SURrealist, impressionist, expressionist, fauve, abstract, pop, cartoon...
If it's food... post it here!
New builds are, as matthew has pointed out, most appropriate to the challenge aspect, but hey, they're all interesting.
(Extra points for recipes!!!!!!!!LOL)
ok, dumb question: What happens to the winner? Does he/she simply post the next challenge or what?
ahhh right... my opening post was already lengthy, but I should mention that the winner is chosen entirely by personal whim of the current inductee (ie me this time)
...and yes, the winner gets to choose the theme for the next challenge.
Also-- the winner gets my version of the MugDots Cup dedicated to him/her ...their name up in lights for all to see forever!
