I've gotten only two, maybe tree episodes since he came on board.

It's cool because instead of replacing William Petersen with a character like Grissom, they brought in a seasoned man but one who was new to the job, Larry plays a doctor and a professor who Grissom meets on a case and then mentions that a slot would be opening up. He inters the CSI world at the bottom, as a "CSI 1" so he doesn't replace Grissom he fills a spot on the roster and he's learning; forensics is new to him.

I think they did a great job, they could have ruined it, I think they may have saved it.

I haven't really watched CSI since just before Grissom left. I did see one with "Larry". He seemed weird, but a good character.

I saw that episode and remember that I recognized him but don't remember the plot, I kinda think it was a sad one, yes?

And now he's on CSI. I was not a happy camper when William Petersen left the show, but "Larry" will be a fine addition.
