I don't know if anyone would like to do this or not. I'd like to challenge other to draw frogs/Toads. I just love them so it would be healing to me to see these drawings. Maybe someone will feel the same way I do about some other drawing they would like to see.

If you put frog in the search box you can see what we have for frogs now.

Was wondering where Matthew's dart frogs were and found out there is another page for frogs so put in frogs in the search box as well.

Candr, I hadn't realized that you had posted one of your frogs here. Thanks I appreciate you doing so and thinking of me. I'll say again that they are the best. Jessijess, thank you too for your nice frog. I really appreciate you making it and taking the time to post it here for me to see. Good thing you did too because I had missed it. Jessijess, I'm going to go look at the rest of your pictures now to make sure I didn't miss anything else. Thank you both for your caring that you posted these for me.

Thanks so much LaDonna. I can't remember ever not liking frogs. Did you look at a picture to do your frog? The reason I ask is when I try to draw a frog without looking at a picture it ends up looking more like a hamster. Really I'm not kidding you. I paint rocks, I have the rock I painted these frogs on to prove it. Some day I have to go back and finish that so it doesn't look like two weird hamsters sitting in blue water.

LaDonna, bottom line yours looks like a frog whether you had a picture to go by or not. I painted scripture verses on some rocks and words like Grace, and Prayer on others. I had about 7-9 of them in all. One of them was a stone marker with the building's number on it. I made these for a gift to my church so they could put them in their flower bed near the side entrance near the parking lot. I made them simple, not artwork, so they wouldn't look like free gifts to anyone walking down the sidewalk.

I went on the internet and looked up frogs to get an idea and then I tried to remember what the bull-frogs that I played with as a kid looked like and felt like and this is what I got. The others that I tried a few days ago were face on and looked like aliens from outer space.
That’s funny that you told me about the scripture on the rocks. Years ago I worked at a retirement center as an activities director and when I left someone left me a rock with scripture on it and I still have it I don’t remember what it says and it is to faded to read but in a roundabout way it helped lead me to Christ, A gentlemen was helping my husband and I put tile in our house saw the rock and told his wife and she shared the gospel of Christ with me. And later taught Bible classes in my home

Oh by the way my daughter and I waited until the 14 to vote on the valentines’ showcase thinking it would be better that way. Is it? I’ve been reading about the Blitzer in the forum I’m glad my pictures don’t fit in that category. Any way hope it helped.

I love your story on how you were lead to Christ. I have my testimony on my site page. I have been updating my site the last few days. My site has been around so long but I no longer do the work to keep it in high rank position so it is no longer the busy site it once was. Most of the information on it needs to be updated because it, no longer applies, site links no longer are available, or things need rewording and shortening.

That must of been so great to have those studies in your home. Our church had a experiment this month, they had little groups get together, I think in people's homes, to see how it went. My pastor wants to do this full time this fall and wanted to do a test run. I wasn't able to attend due to other plans but I heard it went well. I have been reading many books about how Christians need each other and telling the pastor about them. One of the best in the group is, Changes That Heal, by Dr. Henry Cloud. You might want to pick it up. It is about bonding with others. This book actually changed my life. I have a list of others that I haven't read yet, I have a basket of books piling up, that I hope to get to if my energy picks up. I only bought a few of them. The rest I won by entering contests. Some of them weren't even won from Christian sites but it is like God picked these Christian books out for me and sent them my way. That's all I can touch on right now, I don't know the answer to the question you asked.
