Look at this by likemee - 3 july 2008 - the background is a definate blue and some of the shapes are slightly different from those now available:

When I try to copy it, the black is totally hidden and the background doesn't change when I add the grey pieces. However, having played around with it, I think I am wrong about the shapes being different.

Yep - I say that one of Mike's (mothic, as I recall ?) - and it was one of those early ones. Hopefully, Rachel will come back with a comment !

Hi Login and Luna .. I got a reply from Rachel, who says:

" The blue/purple background in Gothic changed on July 13 2008. That is why you are seeing the difference in some very early pictures. "
