I am only 2-3 days late! I hope you will find this topic intriguing. What is an adventure that you have experienced or would like to try...or perhaps an adventure you hope never happens to you! This challenge will run until next Sunday .

I always wanted to try this, but never had the nerve.

Zip-lining in North Carolina last fall. One crone decided her lumbar
vertebra couldn't take it, after a fall on stairs. One thought it was
far too long until you could have a potty stop. So I at least started!

The T-bar thing you are holding does nothing but help you keep your feet
pointed forward. There are metal rollers and carabiner-type things attached to several body straps which carry you. There is a wee practice place at the top so you "get the hang of it" (literally) before you plunge off.

I figure 3 trees is not too shabby for 78 years and one fake hip.

Not to mention excess poundage, which you have to lift at the end of each section. Probably what did me in, despite all the new muscles from 8 years at Curves.

Great Normal. I did ziplining in Cabo. Scary but fun. Got stuck twice because I don't weigh enough.

An adventure I could cheerfully skip. Told my daughter to get her will
written before she did it. Meant I would inherit the dog.
Even she did not go at night!

Trailride into the Foothills of the Rockies, in sunny Alberta. I hear it's wonderful. On my bucket list.

I have just noticed that this challenge was supposed to end on the 27th of July. Is there NOBODY else out there who has dreamed a dream or felt a longing? Or, are your yens not fit to draw? Maybe.you are too shy. I will pick a winner and pass the baton tomorrow.
