hmm... well, I'm guessing "comprehended" means, in this case, representational. So no pure abstract patterns. That does make it trickier.

But... in your example there's also no apparent rotation of the piece... is that part of your ground rules? And what about size changes?

A couple/three oldies... tell me/us if they're what you had in mind or not?
