On inked_gemini picture, "Street Corner in old San Juan," my playback button is missing. It's there for other pictures of hers and for other pictures of other people. ???

I know on some of the older ones drawn before playback was available it doesn't show up but I thought all the new ones had it.

The playback button was there when I first submitted that picture, but it disappeared shortly afterwards. I thought perhaps it was because of the large amount of pieces I used in that picture. When I played it back after I submitted it, the playback stopped about halfway through. But I noticed that other pictures composed of a lot of pieces--chompersaurus' Hyori Lee for example--still have the playback button even though they don't play the entire picture. *shrugs shoulders*

Back in the day... My Eye Of The Tiger pic had too many pieces to get a playback button... Each time a pic is drawn that pushes the envelope of allotted space, Rachel increases the space for pics... Chomp, Inked & Chinky have recently pushed that envelope and caused another increase... Unfortunately, there is no way to go back and add a playback to these pics... Inked was just lucky enough not to lose 1/2 the pic like Chomp did because Rachel caught it in time...

matthew, did Rachel explain this "space thing" for pictures on TD somewhere? It's the first I've heard of it (yes, admitting I don't read all the forums). ; )

Sorry for the problem. The pictures just had too many shapes and not all the data was stored properly for the playback. I am afraid there is nothing we can do about these older pictures, but we have increased the limit and should catch any problematic pictures in future before this happens.

I remember being very enthusiastic about the pb of some pics, and just when I wanted to watch them...hocu-pocus -the button was gone. :-< Well, at least we can see I.G.'s...
