It's such a busy time of year, and TD seems so quiet at the moment, that I thought a simple challenge that fits in with the current Christmas showcase might be the way to go.

Let's have pictures that are red and green. You can do simple abstracts or patterns, or tackle something more challenging, but try to stick to those two colours.

The challenge will run until 6 January, 2015 (oh my gosh... another new year already!)

I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Here we go! Spent the afternoon trying to get the ONLY Xmas cookies done - 60 or so - with a nap in the middle and an extra trip to the store to replace the rock hard brown sugar. (Not a lot of baking around here...)

Thanks to all who joined in. I've had a hard time deciding, but without further ado, I hand over the baton to indigo for her cheerful and striking red and green design. Congratulations, indigo!
