I received two comments in this pic
http://www.thinkdraw.com/picture.php?pictureId=133170
they are appreciating my drawing, but they contains a lot of !!!!, so the comment frame "exploded" and put all the page layout out of square.
although these sentences can't be considerate "offensive" anche the intent of the writers is positive, they are annoying and should be - maybe - removed or edited, cutting off all those !!!!!!!
may be it should be a good feature if the system could refuse a comment with a too long word, or cut it automatically with a space, as it does with the URLs...

the comments that made the mess are the n. 42, 43 qand 46. I see that it also cut off the endo of some long sentence, impossible to read the final words... pity!

Note: it doesn't do that for me... (browser: Firefox) Comments do cut off after a certain number of characters. I kind of wished they didn't since sometimes it's just a word or two and it's a bit annoying to me when I leave a comment that does not show in it's entirety and have to reenter it.

A character warning would be nice. Some sites that limit characters for entries do that either turning a different color (red usually) or warning 0 characters remaining.

I don't know why people will comment using symbols repeated in large multiples like that what does (!!!!!!! and more) actually mean anyway? Language is there to communicate thoughts precisely and intelligently.

Steve, The people who did it are children... they have not still learned this. Anyway, as the system insert a space between the links when they are longer than the line, why do not do the same for the longest words or repeated symbols?

Thanks for the feedback.

The words should now be wrapping in Explorer as well as Firefox, and the good news is you no longer have to remove spaces from urls that appear in comments (although they don't yet link automatically).

A warning or word count on the comments makes sense and we will look into adding it ...

A word-limit indicater would be helpful.
