We have been having them! Apologies for all the features that have been disappearing and reappearing. Nothing that has gone has been removed permanently, the site just needs to be properly stabilised after all the recent changes.

The very next thing we will do is safeguard the picture saving process so that no work is lost even if the server is busy.

We are really sorry (especially for any pictures lost) and hope to get Think Draw working smoothly again as soon as possible.

goofy question, but do you have something iterating on the hour and half hour?
...just seems to me that significantly more crashes are happening at those times.

I am having horrendous problems getting pictures submitted, today was the first time since February 21st that one actually went through.
This took ages to submit even though it's the simplest of drawings. Then the title took quite a while to submit.
Perhaps it is my server, but if you are wondering why I'm not drawing anymore, this is the reason, it's just too frustrating
There is a partially finished one that I saved in candy from at least 3 weeks ago that refuses to load no matter how many time i attempt to do so.
Just making it go away at this point would make me happy, seeing the noneffective 'load draft' button is aggravating me

I know nothing about computers but I wonder if everything else is working well. Hope someone who really knows can help you out.

Being a new TD I think you do extremely well but on same line as Qsilv between 4-4.30pm in UK the server is always busy and says try again later -my interpretation our younger TD's home from school and all signing in! It can be very frustrating but I absolutely love this site and getting to know it.

Thanks for your patience with us. We are doing our best to sort out these problems but unfortunately it is not good enough (and only part time at the moment).

The new theme has been waiting for the server situation to improve, but will be released soon, so these problems will continue for a while longer.

As mentioned elsewhere, pictures and drafts should no longer be lost.

Ooo... a new theme is ready, if only I can stop the whole of the uk from logging on at teatime and prevent Baldur from submitting pics....AUNTIE B, HELP!!!

Am tired of wasting so much time and effort on a drawing only to have it disappear when I try to submit, so have decided not to draw until these issues have been addressed. Hubby will be happy to have more of my time. Very disappointed as I have found this site to be such a unique way of interacting with others and forming friendships with people all around the globe.
